Eric McCrady
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Eric McCrady has over 30 years of entrepreneurial experience including over 20 years in energy. Most recently, Eric served as the Chief Executive Officer of Sundance Energy, a public oil and gas company, from 2011 through exit and whose operations spanned the Eagle Ford, Denver-Julesburg and Williston basins in the U.S. and Cooper Basin in Australia.
Prior to Sundance, he spent over 6 years with The Broe Group, a Denver-based private investment firm, leading energy investments in the U.S. and South America such as Great Western Oil and Gas Company (Colorado) and HRT Petroleum (Brazil).
He has an extensive track record in building businesses, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets. He has executed over $2.5B in M&A and capital markets transactions.

Alexis Medina Peroza
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Alexis Medina lives in Venezuela and, in 2000, founded Advanced Logging & Exploration, C.A. (ALEX). He remains its primary shareholder, CEO and Executive Director. He built ALEX from inception into an oil field service company with over 60 employees having safely executed over 2,300 operations in the Venezuelan oil fields. ALEX currently contracts with Chevron, PdVSA and many other IOC's operating in Venezuela.
Prior to founding ALEX, Mr. Medina gained extensive field operational experience with several international companies in Venezuela, including with Halliburton from 1978 through 1993, ultimately working as Halliburton's General Manager, Venezuela and Latin America Quality Manager.
In addition to his professional experience, Mr. Medina has served in various leadership roles with the Venezuelan Oil Chamber since 2010 and as President of the Fundación Voluntariado Oración, a foundation dedicated to training and developing values in Venezuelan youth.

Manuel Amaro is a native Venezuelan and energy executive with more than 20 years of experience spanning upstream engineering, global investment banking, private equity advisory, and institutional capital formation.
He combines deep subsurface technical expertise with extensive capital markets experience. Across his investment career, including at Houlihan Lokey and CIBC Capital Markets, he has executed on more than $1.8 billion in M&A and capital markets transactions.
His transaction experience spans major U.S. basins, offshore Gulf of Mexico, and international markets including Latin America, West Africa, Europe, and the Middle East.

Trina Medina is a native Venezuelan and senior oil and gas executive with more than 30 years of experience in reservoir engineering, corporate reserves, and integrated Oil & Gas business processes.
Her career spans Venezuelan and major U.S. onshore basins. In Venezuela, Trina led full-cycle technical teams across complex, mature, and geologically diverse assets, including heavy oil developments and large-scale redevelopment projects.
She has held technical and leadership roles across operating companies and consultancies, including PDVSA-Intevep and Corpoven S.A.
